About This Content This pack adds new graphical national monuments to the already stunning Europa Universalis IV map.Hagia SophiaThe Hagia Sophia traces its origins to the year 4th century, with the current structure being constructed in the 6th century. Originally a Greek Orthodox basilica, it was rebuilt as a Mosque in 1460 following fall of Constantinople.Stone HengeOne of the most famous monuments of prehistoric times is the Stonehenge in Wiltshire, England. Consisting of over a hundred stones of various sizes, the most distinct feature is the central stone ring, built over 4000 years ago.Buddha StatuesIn the Bamwam valley in Afghanistan, two Great Buddha statues have been carved into the mountain side. Built in the 6th century, the two great statues stood for centuries before they were destroyed in 2001.Machu PicchuLocated on a mountain ridge above the Sacred Valley in Peru, Machu Picchu (meaning Old Peak in Quechua) was built by the Inca in 1450 and abandoned just over 100 years later. I got this when it was 75% off. It was nice to look around for the wonders the first time but other than that I haven't cared to look at them since. Not worth the money.. I cannot even see the monuments! Yes, I am up to date. Yes, I've looked to see if the box is checked in the DLC tab. However, I can occasionally see them if I play mods.. Only problem is their terrain mode only. I do however love this DLC, it adds some nice flavour.. I got this when it was 75% off. It was nice to look around for the wonders the first time but other than that I haven't cared to look at them since. Not worth the money.. It's cool they implemted more into the game such as these monuments. But I was disapointed to see that they are practically useless, they do not\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665anything to the economy or the empires at all. It's all aesthetics, these monuments should have special abilities or stats that add to taxes, production, etc. If not for the empire in genreal at least for the provence alone it's situated.
